We really love Building Kidz - Linda Mar! The director is in tune with everything going on, the teachers are supportive and caring, and the app is a great tool for parents to check-in throughout the day with updates about eating or sleeping and pictures!
Building Kidz has been wonderful for our 2 daughters over the past 6 years! The curriculum balances early learning and supports emotional development all implemented by a professional and caring staff. Highly recommended!
I cannot say enough good things about this school, its teachers, and the program. Both of my girls went through their program since infancy; first at Oceana, then moving to Linda Mar when it opened. My youngest has struggled with connecting with other children and participating in groups, however in the last year at Building Kidz, she has really turned around. My son has been attending this school starting at 18 months old and now in his 2's. Being the first place outside of home was something new for him. He started off emotional, but the teachers in the baby room showed so much patience and love. He look longer to adjust but every day his teachers gave so much positive updates and had their school app updated so I can check in on my son. Both actions gave me so much peace of mind. Both my daughters have gone to Building Kidz Linda Mar. BK has a strong, developmentally appropriate "curriculum" for the kids, including theater, dance and music classes, in addition to regular academics. The teachers are warm and caring and both my daughters thrived while attending BK.
