I genuinely like the staff but hate being hostage to the clunky non-functional Building Kidz app incompetently built and maintained(?) by LineLeader. As an Android user, I can't even communicate with the Admins or staff because the message [Send] button is hiding behind my battery indicator. This is the primary tool for my childs caregivers to interact with us, check in/out of daycare, monitor activities, etc... and it doesn't even function. Building Kidz has been nothing short of a phenomenal experience for my kids. The teachers are fantastic and unlike other programs we had previously enrolled our kids in, there are age appropriate, structured curriculum for the various classes, including numbers/math, letters, art, music, etc. One of my kids has separation anxiety during drop off but Sabrina, Hanna, and the entire staff have been so helpful with the transition, and the activity updates throughout the day in the app are equally reassuring as well. My daughter loves it here! She’s been going since she was about 9 months and now she’s almost 2. The teachers are wonderful and it’s great getting communication through the app about how her day is going. We’re very happy with our choice of sending her to Building Kidz.
