Ten years ago, we bought an oak futon frame + mattress from Builder's Model Furniture that have been used on a daily basis as a couch and, occasionally, as a bed. At the time, we were very happy with the quality of futon. The entire buying experience was very positive. Now, all these years later, one of the frame's arms came undone due to ten yrs of heavy usage. We called up Builder's to ask for advise. Don't bother
A very unfortunate experience with them never delivering our order, and never once notifying us of a delay (we called several times to find out what was going on, only to be told a later estimated delivery date each time), ultimately leading to us getting discouraged and asking for a refund. A waste of time. Would not recommend.
