Terrible customer service! My roommate (female) and I (female) tried to buy some trim boards to replace some that had rotted away. We were told twice that someone we be back to assist us but no one ever came to help us either time. The employees continuously ignored us to answer phone calls and looked right past us when we tried to ask anyone a question. Whenever other customers (male) asked for assistance they were eager to assist. The prices for products were very overpriced as well.
