I ordered a replacement for my sliding screen door in late November with Mackenzie and have had little to no communication regarding anything (pick-up, install, order status, etc.) Have tried calling and leaving voicemails and emailing for the last 2 months with no response. I would greatly appreciate someone contacting me so I can schedule to pick up this door/have someone else install it. Lady at the front office, try smiling 😃 with drivers!! Its ok! 👌 Not all drivers are bad. Be kind. It does wonders. 😉 --- to the owners, you've had complaints about this woman before, so why not a refresher on good customer service? Spread some good. 😌

I work for a lumber company and had to deliver to this location. This company in general is always problematic. This specific location did not disappoint. I called for directions to receiving and the lady was very rude. Once I went to the window to check in. She opened the window and grabbed the papers and closed the window with no words spoken. Once i was given paperwork back, I was told to go to a specific area for the delivery. I only had 1 single piece of wood that weighed less than a pound. 3 different workers seen me w... read more
