Dangerous and reckless driver. This review is left to ensure the company cannot ignore the information I also sent to them regarding a driver that nearly caused an accident with my family. With the cabin directly next to us and a lengthy trailer behind him, he refused to slow down and merge behind us, instead opting to run us out of the driving lane and into a lane for oncoming traffic, completely disregarding the proximity he put between his truck and our vehicle. I cannot speak to the ordering process as I was the pick up person. The woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude and lacked any sort of customer service skills. The loading dock was unmanned and I had to load myself after the woman from the front desk told me to go to the wrong dock. I need more windows but will not be spending my money here.
Enough space to get to the dock. It's on the back side of the building. The receiving door is also on the back side.
