Extremely disappointed with how they limit you on options for the house YOUR are trying to BUILD. It kind of felt like a stereotyping environment when you are seated with the consultant. We weren't allowed to touch any of the samples. When we were given the choices for the mantel we were then told that we could only do basic. Weren't given options to upgrade the padding for the carpet, Weren't given any kind of real color options or recommendations for tile other than "It has to be basic for they type of home you are buildin... read more
I had an amazing time with Nancy Flores picking out my carpet. She was very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing and listens to the customer. It was wonderful working with her and Ann Young.
extremely poor customer service. This is the only place n San Antonio snd Houston area I know of still requiring mask. They do not allow you to touch the products and feel texture of flooring and tiles. products are jammed together and difficult to view without touching to flip through.
