I have a construction loan with Builders Capital. The experience has been nothing short of horrible. They have caused excessive delays throughout the process which have resulted in exorbitant fees. They've refused to fund draws on work completed on multiple occasions, causing extensive damages and costs to me well in to the 6 figures.
