If you don’t ever question them or call them out on their lack of communication, failure to be prepared, or do proper follow up they appear to do just “fine” - if you however question their inability to communicate with insurance, follow up with promised reports that never arrive, failure to answer emails, they then send you a release. We did not sign the release asking them to just do their jobs, which they did not do. Complaint to be filed with the state PROVING all of the above. The #1, Public Adjusters in the USofA. Michael Vitale and his knowledgeable team worked extremely hard, on my insurance claim for Hurricane Ian. Their knowledge of how to navigate through and around the pitfalls of the insurance claims world was wonderful. Builders Perspective Public Adjusters got our entire claim 100% reimbursed from our stodgy balking insurance company. Without Michael and his team we would have wound up suing the insurance company. They know the ins and outs of the industry, and got us a very fair settlement which took a lot of work on their end. One of the few companies we've encountered that were totally upfront, honest and completely professional. The insurance company closed my claim at half what the contractor estimated the repairs would cost. Andy Waltrip and the team at BPPA came through with a settlement more than double that. Getting me the maximum payout.

My insurance company would not return my calls. My husband has had multiple strokes so I was taking care of everything by myself. Michael made some phone calls and got things moving. He wouldn’t take any money at this point. Later I called him because the insurance company said I had to go to mediation. Michael negotiated enough money to make me whole and pay his reasonable fees.
