If you don’t ever question them or call them out on their lack of communication, failure to be prepared, or do proper follow up they appear to do just “fine” - if you however question their inability to communicate with insurance, follow up with promised reports that never arrive, failure to answer emails, they then send you a release. Their knowledge of how to navigate through and around the pitfalls of the insurance claims world was wonderful.
