I started working with Lydia about 4 months ago and I can honestly say I have seen a huge change in my life. I went in because I was experiencing anxiety and had a phobia of heights. I reached out to Lydia to help work through some lingering issues I was having, sleep issues, etc. I didn't quite know what to expect but had family who had gone through hypnosis and coaching with good outcomes. All I can say is that I am so happy that I've done coaching with Lydia. She quickly got me to open up and get to the root of what was bothering me. Best investment I've made and highly recommend her.
