I knew him years ago and he cheated me when he sold me a truck in horrible condition. He was also trying to cheat the VA for VA pension he did not deserve.. I gave him a lot of great things for free and he used me. He effectively stole $1600 from me in what he sold me and he was so rude he was always on his phone when we were Doing business togother. Bought the bike at a great sale price. After payment I received an email confirmation and spoke with Steven to make sure I was getting the right size. Communication by text and email was great the whole time. I took it to my friends bike shop to have it built and he mmediately notices deep scratches in a couple spots on the bike frame. When I sent pics of the scratches to Steven and asked whether the bike was in fact new and not used I got no response. Luckily my friend had some touch up paint to cover up the areas. I didn't have the tools to put a motor on a bike a couple years back took it to this bike shop and he wanted nothing for his help he truly wants people to be in the biking community, come to this shop for any questions related to bikes!!
Bought a tandem and they got it all tuned up before I left. Amazing service and would highly recommend.
