This was a far cry from the magic of your typical build a bear. The young lady did not seem to want to be there. She tried to skip over the heart ceremony and when I asked why she blamed my toddler for putting the heart in the bear. When I asked if she’d take it out she did and then only did part of the ceremony. They advertise free wolf ears with your $50 teddy bear, and when I asked they told me they don't have wolf ears, and I can buy some next door. Overall, the process is very cute, and I'm glad I got my daughter a keepsake from our trip, but I feel it's pretty pricey and I'd hoped to get a pair of wolf ears for my toddler in the bargain
Didn't buy any bears. Nice option for families with young kids.
