Fun experience for adults and kids! They have licensed (like HP/Pokémon) and regular plushies. Love all the clothing options. Workers were all really friendly!

Needs more staff, but the service is nice and pleasant. Corporate should provide more hours and salary so staffing is not an issue. Under-staffing is executives choosing profit > customers.
