This staff is extremely respectful. They are more than willing to help you with accomplishing your vehicle needs. I strongly recommend this service and have had 0 issues in regards to renting a vehicle from them.
This is my first experience with this company. It started off with me, making a reservation in Orlando to only find out that I need to drive to Tampa to pick up the vehicle so that was already an issue. I went to pick up the vehicle and Symonne Provided me with great information details of the vehicle and other important information like tolls and charges and returns, etc. The first week was good no issues no problems. I rented a Chevy Malibu and the same day I had mechanical problems The tires are in terrible shape They sent a tow (tow arrived after 5 1/2 hrs @ 10:30 pm)to replace tire and to my surprise at 4:30 AM the next day that I had a reservation with A customer to take him to airport the spare tire was also flat I was sent to Firestone to get new tire and after couple of hrs waiting I was told that BUGGY didn't have the credit aproved Then they sent me to pep boys where they changed two new tires the car was finished at 7:30 pm I l... read more
Symmone was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to renting they are a little pricey they need to lower price some I mean we are working for Uber and they don’t pay that much but Symmone was through about their process Symmone definitely looks out for her clients and is very fun and great to work with if I use buggy again ( pricey ) lol but if I do it’s because of Symmone she is a great employee 😁
