I reached out to Josh to represent me in November 2021 . I live out of state and he promised zoom calls until trial..that he'd plea me guilty and immediately appeal to get my case to the higher court. Well apparently immediately is 31 days.. which was one day to late... Thanks josh. THEN he said I didn't have to appear I could zoom my appearance in the higher court...next thing I know I have a failure to comply in the lower court..and a failure to appear in the higher court.
