They're supposed to come out here every part of a quarter. Not sure when bug busters came out here last but we're paying for it every single month they used to call and let us know when they were going to come out but guess what they're not doing that now and we have spiders everywhere. We pay you monthly to come out to provide a service it hasn't been service and we haven't received any correspondence and over 4 months this is unacceptable. I contracted with Brandon S****** to remove a groundhog and seal holes for $*** 5/28/22. They were to set traps for 5 days - with 30 day guarantee of no groundhogs after that. First day cages were set with lettuce. I suggested peanut butter. Next 3 days were apple and peanut butter. No success. Cages were removed before the 5th day. Bug Busters/Dry Seal gave me an estimate of almost $**** to tear up and seal my entire basement on the inside against water. I agreed and gave a large deposit for the work as I believed them to be a reputable business in the Farmville area. Months went by without them scheduling the work. I that time I spoke with my county engineer and the local.office of water and soil conservation.
