I love these bags! The quality is unsurpassed, as I have a bag and wallet from a year ago as my everyday handbag that is like new. I receive compliments on the beautiful styling all the time! I found Jen & Co because they are vegan and love them for the most unique, beautiful, quality, selection of bags at surprisingly reasonable prices!
Warning! Usually, I love Jen & Co. but recently purchased a wallet that immediately began to come apart, literally after using for only 2 days. I have used only Jen & Co. bags and wallets for YEARS. I purchased through a retailer (Stockdale's) and immediately trashed receipt as I have trusted this brand for years and assumed I would not need it. Due to that fact, I cannot submit warranty claim. Posting to warn others that quality may not be as good as before.
I ordered the Jolene vegan pleated hobo. I was very disappointed how awful and cheap the material was. I have another bag I bought in a store. It's well made with a nice lining. The lining in the Jolene bag was not as pictured and not well made. I got it in the 25% off everything day and it was as if I got a cheap copy. I'll never order from the website again. I was gonna send it back but after all the fees it's not worth loosing money.
The designs are cute but the quality of the hardware is poor! I have had to return or exchange four crossbody style bags due to the zippers breaking! Please invest more for higher quality zippers on your bags and for your customers!
The bags here are terrible quality and they smell bad , the only reason why there are alot of good ratings is because they paid their employees to leave good reviews ! 👎🏼
