I ordered the Jolene vegan pleated hobo. I was very disappointed how awful and cheap the material was. I have another bag I bought in a store. It's well made with a nice lining. The lining in the Jolene bag was not as pictured and not well made. I got it in the 25% off everything day and it was as if I got a cheap copy. I'll never order from the website again. I was gonna send it back but after all the fees it's not worth loosing money.
The designs are cute but the quality of the hardware is poor! I have had to return or exchange four crossbody style bags due to the zippers breaking! Please invest more for higher quality zippers on your bags and for your customers!
The bags here are terrible quality and they smell bad , the only reason why there are alot of good ratings is because they paid their employees to leave good reviews ! 👎🏼
Purchased a Jen & Co. Bag at a local boutique. Excellent quality and feel plus well designed functionality. Strangely the zipper (which seemed very sturdy) broke. I went back to the retailer but they were closed due to storm damage/renovations so I reached out to Jen & Co and they were FANTASTIC! After sending a photo of the bag and a credit card statement showing the purchase date they shipped a brand new bag in a matter of days! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
