My brother and I used them on the closing for some property that we bought. Everything was great up until about a year later when my neighbor told me I was building on his land. It turns out that we both owned the same land. I paid for another survey to see what went wrong with the legal description from the first one. Closed on my property and three years later, I found out that they had the wrong land description on my deed, causing the bank to sell the wrong property which is mine. They do not respond. They fail to be accountable for the bad deal they made. I do not recommend anyone use them for closings. If so, have another lawyer look at your deeds. They have proven to be incompetent and they will fail to try to make it right.
