I'm here to rave about one of their products... the Moss Chicken Breader. It is THE best by far for making my home made chicken nuggets... which I use in my homemade "KFC" bowls. I've been using it for years and (DUH) just found out that they are a local NC company, which makes me feel all the more pleased.
