Best customer service, very flexible as well as dependable, I know I bothered for a whole 24hrs and they still came through as agreed upon with great check in\confirmation communication 🙏🏽💚💪🏽 great communication throught the first contact, from vehicle pickup to drop off; driver took their time and put care with vehicle with the pickup and drop off\unhooking. I would highly recommend to every and anybdy in the tri-state area

Mike was very punctual, helpful and on time! Kept in contact with me the entire time up until he made it to my car and even after he delivered it, since i was unable to be present! I appreciate him so much and will most definitely use him again in the future

Just when I was off to a bad morning Buffalo towing services came after one call and got me back rolling. Mike was super nice, polite, and understanding. I will be calling him next time I need services. He came in less than 30mins. And fixed my issue in under 5mins with a smile. Now that’s customer service.
