just had great service from Buffalo Towing. i was able to schedule in advance (already had a service appt when the car died) and it was quick and easy. i was able to pay online and then they got there right on time and quickly got the car on the lift and to the shop. would definitely recommend

I called this company for a tow and no one responded to my call. I received a text message, where I was informed of a wait time and price for a tow. I agreed to wait. Despite the promise of arrival, this tow company never showed up. I was left stranded and alone for 5 hours.
