I have been this credit union for almost 42 years. I love the service.
I'll never stop talking about how terrible this credit union is. You can change your name but you're still the same crooks as always. When I had an issue where my debit card would mysteriously decline every weekend (when there is NO SUPPORT! The big banks have 24/7 support lines) despite having plenty of funds in my account, they treated me like I was making it up. Everyone from the branch manager to the CEO was rude and dismissive to a member trying to seek resolution to an issue that was keeping me from using my account. I... read more
