Buffalo Reclaimed Flag Co. is an amazing company with the best professional customer service that I have ever experienced. From day one I was kept informed of the creation of a flag for my Air Force Veteran husband. Our flag arrived and I did not open the box until Christmas. We were both in awe when we did! Ordered an address placard August 2025. It is now January 1, 2026. I have yet to receive my product. I have reached out multiple times via email. And crickets I’m pretty sure I just got ripped off

Ordered my address flag September 5th, received it on September 22nd and finally had it installed on October 16th and I LOVE IT!!!! The workmanship is excellent, the colors are rich and beautiful!
