The entire process of choosing a new pair of glasses was enjoyable. Jim was especially helpful. (I also called in before arriving to be sure that they accepted my FIDELIS insurance.)
I had a very disappointing experience. In my experience, customers with Medicaid should be scheduled based on when their insurance benefits actually reset, not simply at the beginning of the year. Scheduling appointments too early can result in customers using their benefits before they are eligible for their next free pair of frames, leaving them without the benefit when they actually need it.
