The consult was great. Very nice. The first session I had was wonderful - but then I had to cancel my second appointment unexpectedly for family issues. I was not expecting at all to cancel. Very unprofessional with that phone call and yet when I stated I would call back to reschedule; I was rudely hung up on!; they did nothing to reach out to me to fix the situation. I'm only giving 1 star for the initial presentation. Would not recommend.
