The best thing I did was change banks and open up accounts with BCFCU! Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and customer service cannot compare!
maybe it's just me but they never answer the phone. tried to reach the person i'd been working with for months, turns out he doesn't even work there anymore. payments i've personally dropped off have gone "missing" therefore being charged for late payments/had my account closed. i was told financing with the BCFU would be best but thought this process would go way more smooth than this.
Really helpful and fast, Ken answered all my questions and made the process very simple!
