I’ve seen Rosanna a couple of times for tox treatments. I can understand having to come back at the two-week mark after your first treatment because it’s your initial assessment. But what I have a problem with is having to CONSTANTLY come back at the two-week mark because the treatment isn’t working. I was a patient at Buffalo Aesthetics for years, but unfortunately, my experience with injectable treatments ultimately became extremely disappointing. I saw the same injector for multiple treatments and repeatedly needed touch-ups. I explained several times that I prefer very limited movement, but my larger concern was that certain treated areas still had significant movement and, in my opinion, appeared to have shown little response at all. I don't agree with them not having a waiting room. It feels very unwelcoming to have to wait in the car until they're ready to see you.
