I was told my facial would be an hour long, but unfortunately mine only lasted 30 minutes. I was taken promptly at 1:30 and didn't look at the time again until I was in my car and it was 2:15. Take away the time it took to check in and check out, and you have 30 minutes. I wish I would've checked the time sooner, it was a lot of money for that amount of time.

I had an excellent experience with Ashley at Buffalo Aesthetics. She is knowledgeable, professional, and truly takes the time to explain treatments. Ashley listened to my goals and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. She makes you feel comfortable. Ro was also great, she greeted me warmly at the beginning and made sure I felt taken care of again at the end of my appointment, which really added to the overall experience. I left feeling confident and well cared for. I highly recommend booking with Ashley.

Kyle’s awesome, talk about a man who’s good at his job. I’ve stuck with him the last 4 years and he does the thing every time. Great bedside manner, diligent and always careful. My lips have never looked better 💯
