Unknowingly I came in right before closing on Saturday night for the very first time. The ladies working were so sweet and helpful. I love the store and had a great experience.
Terrible customer service, ordered online and product I received had no scent at all. I wasted $50. Save your money. I emailed customer service three times and called the store twice. Person in charge of online orders told me they received a lot of complaints at the time of my order and they would make it right and never did. Great store with wonderful products, and it should be 5 stars at this point. However, the franchise trust is 3 stars, which is because PA stores keep closing. Now we drive over an hour to get to a store. There's something wrong if stores keep closing.
