This is by far the best notary in PA! Lisa went above and beyond yesterday! I have used other notaries to transfer titles and I have noticed that each and everyone has a unreasonable piss poor attitude. However, Buff and Go is just the opposite. I have not asked questions because I knew other notaries would belittle me. Trust me, you will be highly satisfied with Buff and Go!
