Very disappointed in the service over the phone I got a flat on Sunday and desperately needed a 26x4" fat tire tube and whoever answered the phone acted like they had no idea about what I was talking about,it only seems to me that if you call yourself a bicycle company you would stock tubes for fat tire bikes as well .

not so great small time bike repair shop. i had new shimano grx components installed on my bike. after two days, the new front derailleur cable slipped. apparently, he did not install it, according to the shimano procedure. i used the procedure, found the problems, and redid the work.
I have needed some help all 3 times passing by on my summer Colorado Trail bikepacking tour. They always find a way to get me what I need when I need it. Great shop!
