Amazing customer service, went in for a repair a couple months back wasn’t able to pay due to finances and they safe-guarded my bike and completely understood my situation, above all else did and amazing repair to bike that got hit by a car and fulfilled all small request adjusting the bike perfectly for me 10/10 would recommend thank you!!
Was pointed to this shop as Fullerton bicycles was jammed for service. Royce helped me out with my derailleur issues and walked me through all the steps he took while answering all my questions that I was curious about. I just moved here recently so now I know I have a solid local bike shop with excellent customer service to take my equipment to. Thanks again Royce!
Great customer service had my daughters bike fixed here the gentlemen were very friendly tighten some bolts and they did not charge will be back to buy one for myself
The person had a bad attitude who helped me and I feel this isn't the first time it's happened to me . Plus, I got bit by the dog they have inside which was really highly unpleasant for me and made me feel uncomfortable. I don't have intentions of ever coming back here.
Repaired my inner tube and took thorns out from my tire that I didn't even know I had and also gave my brake disk a quick adjustment. Quentin's service was amazing and quick, I will 100% be coming back if I need any work done on my bike.
