I would only recommend this law firm if you are looking to pay excessive lawyer fees. Dave Rich was the corporate attorney for the company I am an owner of and his suggestions led to costly pointless litigation in my opinion. He was biased and his understanding of the law was dubious at best in my opinion. He was ultimately let go by all involved because of how obvious it was that his involvement did nothing but add additional fees. I would not recommend using this law firm for any reason.
