Sent DELUXE arrangement with a balloon to my brother in Richland Washington…they did NOT send DELUXE and NO BALLOON! Cost over $80. Still not resolved!

I have ordered from this shop many times. Each time the arrangement was beautifully done with extras which made the bouquet full and lovely. I will definitely order from this shop again.
I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to my mother in law for a belated Mother’s Day. I added on a balloon and box of chocolates as it was an option on their website. The flowers were delivered without a problem, but the bouquet itself left much to be desired in appearance. Additionally, my mother in law did not receive the chocolates nor balloon.
