From early this morning I am waiting for my medicine that has to be in fridge. Just came 6:30 pm not cold of course. And best of all I am leaving early tomorrow morning. Lots of stress for me.
My pharmacy uses them for delivery and make sure to always double check my address before they send it to Buds for couriered delivery. Buds puts the address in wrong at least half of the time (which I can see on the waybill, they even put the pharmacy info in wrong). When this happens, the assigned driver calls me in a panic and is upset or rude over not finding the place - I’ve been yelled at twice in-person to “correct the pharmacy!!” or “fix your address!!”.
