Poor management, doesn’t care about their employers. They try to make an impression for others while making their employers suffer. Beware before coming, there’s better out there, keep in mind. Management is ran by family, which really makes you wonder wether they really care about ‘you’ and the hard work you do for them. Beware they will not thank you enough!

It was an okay environment but as a previous reviewer stated very catty. They were not focused on the work and focused more on everything they supposedly told you to do but didn’t. If you were not in their clique, gossiping about everyone else and just doing your job, then they didn’t like you. Poor management style, as they don’t accept responsibility for their own lack of training and look for scapegoats.
