Great customer service, received feedback on my order and details of delivery eta was given. Order arrived packaged well and all in good order. Pleased. Can't wait to use my new boots. They are lightweight and feel comfortable. Perfect for long hours on your feet.
Pretty good quality of shirts price and overall service. 4 stars because the embroidery on the cap is ever so slightly off level and centre. And delivery took a bit longer than I expected. Online I asked a question with the chat feature and it tools days to get reply. Though when calling they answered. And as a first time client not everything on the page made sense as to how to approach getting items and embroidery or print. But I'm pretty happy overall and think it turned out well. Would use again for sure.
First time ordering with Budget workwear, I had to return a few shirts which i ordered in the wrong size, they were happy to help and even held onto another order for me which I accidentally purchased as a pick up and posted them together at no extra charge. Mohammad was very helpful in organising this for me. Thanks guys ☺️
