I’m unsure if they understand the basic qualities of customer service because it seems to be nonexistent for Budget Van Lines representatives. Jerry/ Gerry/ Geri was a miserably awful person to get any sort of information from. Upon attempting to verbally decline a quote, he used profanities and was completely out of pocket once I confirmed that I would not be a customer. Please save yourself the time and stress by scrolling to the next moving company option. ANYTHING is better than these people.
Do NOT use them or give them your phone number. You will be inundated with spam calls that continue even throughout the middle of the night. They are a broker and don’t care about you in the least. Just look at their reviews. Do NOT give them your phone number.
Tried to get a quote, website says it’s not going to sell my contact number but right after I hit confirm, scam calls flooded in. LIER.
A truly terrible experience. Uniquely bad and unqualified to be even called a service. They sell your personal information to spam callers and it takes a month to subside. Absolute garbage.
I requested a quote from Budget Van Lines and received 3 calls from their outsourced companies! ”Entrusted” Van Lines wanted my banking information to receive a quote. Entrusted and Concord VanLines are based in Florida. They both made smart and immature comments that led me to hang up. A call from Two Movers, also not requested, led me to hang up because it would be more of the same… What a waste of time! I wish I read the other reviews first!
