I wish I could give 0 stars. My experience with Budget was incredibly disappointing, not only because of the issue I experienced with my rental, but because of the way my complaint was handled afterwards. I took the time to raise my concerns through the proper channels, expecting that they would be investigated fairly. Instead, I received what appeared to be a generic response simply stating that there was no issue, without addressing any of the concerns I had actually raised. The man and women working here are very very rude. Super bitter and condescending, I will never hire another vehicle from here again they ruin it with their bad mood :( I hope they replace the staff here

I had great experience with budget in south Yarra, apologies I did not get the female staffers name but she was so helpful & a real pleasure to deal with. Car was immaculate and the rates were great. A really positive experience, thank you team!

I had a rough experience but that wasn't due to Gerald or Cinzia, the excellent team at Budget South Yarra, it was due to booking through a 3rd party that didn't supply details that were important, like the closing time of the office (4pm). As a result I had to change the booking to the following day and Gerald went out of his way to try and sort me out. Great team. Would use them again but only by booking directly in the future. Thanks folks.
