Managed to make a phone reservation after being on hold for 45 minutes, then transferred twice just to get to the right place. I was assured on the phone that I can pick up the vehicle right away. When I got to the rental, I was told the vehicle is not ready, because it needs to be taken to a car wash and cleaned. I offered to take the vehicle as is, as the whole point of the rental was urgent. Told I could not do it. As per the usual custom, the office blames the call centre, and vice versa.
