I have rented many trucks/vans over the years, and have never had a better experience than this. When my contract (with a better rate) didn't agree with their system, they deferred to my contract immediately, no questions asked. The van was a Ford Transit Z50 with only 40k on the odometer, and it was perfect in every way. But what will bring me back here is the customer service.
