Rented a truck for one day and return it at the same day but they charge me for 2 days and they refused to give me refund. The person didn’t even check at all. When i show them the video of return keys at the key drop box then they talked with the manager about refund
I had an amazing experience with this rental place. The customer service was fantastic, and the truck itself was in excellent condition. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.
Called for a quote, the incompetent agent ( Sasheika) kept me on the phone for 30 min without giving me a simple quote then transferred me to a different country! The manager ( Alexia) also gave me an incorrect number for customer service Complete clown show. Not saying the company is all bad but they hire (some) idiots who cannot do their job and waste your time.
