No answer went directly to call center. Not sure if the counter even has personnel there. Tried several times to call. The competition is just as bad.
Easy booking, quick pickup. Very convenient and most importantly good value. Start to finish. Even the return of the deposit. Hemi 1500 is tough
I have rented cars from them and never had any issues, and I have always had free upgrades. Really great service!
Worst location of all. I rent across Canada and this one by far is the worst save yourself the hassle and get an Uber
I rent with Budget quite a lot with work. The Regina airport location is by far the worst of the worst. They are never there! I have spent too many hours and minutes to count waiting at the counter. Budget Saskatoon or the 1st ave location in Regina is way better to deal with.
