I’ve rented a car here a couple of times and they do not disappoint! Car is always spotless and never any issues!! The staff at this location are always very friendly and a joy to do business with! Thanks Budget and staff!!!
Booked 4 months in advance for family with 2 little very allergic small children.(both asthmatics) Told this Budget Rental how important newer and especially cleaner was for them. Even called again two weeks before booking to remind them how important it was for it to be clean and free of animals. I said if they can’t ensure it’s pet free and clean that’s ok I’ll just rent elsewhere. Yikes! Pet hair everywhere. We had no choice now but to take it as the family was arriving later the same day. This is the best place in the city to Rent a Car, the staff are very helpful and we got the best rate, would happily come back here again soon.
I had a great experience at this location in Calgary both Elham and Esrom were very pleasant and explained everything to me, I left feeling confident I had enough coverage and a great SUV for my stay.
