My experience at this Budget location was extremely disappointing. The staff member on the afternoon shift was shockingly rude and unprofessional, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful. There’s a clear lack of basic customer service and courtesy. I strongly suggest choosing a different location—even if it costs a bit more—just to receive the respectful and helpful service every customer deserves. I won’t be returning.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Location I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Budget, particularly with the person working the afternoon shift. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the entire interaction frustrating and unpleasant. I would never recommend this location to anyone. It’s absolutely worth paying a bit more elsewhere to receive respectful and reliable service. Avoid this place if you value good customer care.

Talat at the downtown Edmonton location was outstanding. Quick, clear, efficient and helpful. I would definitely use Budget again based on Talat's help.

Excellent customer service by Lisa! She was very pleasant, helpful and accommodated my early pick-up of the vehicle. Also accompanied me all the way to the car. She noted the small windshield rock chip at the passenger side which was missed out during their initial check. Convenient and easy rental process. Definitely a complete reversal from the terrible reviews of the previous branch agent. Lisa was sitting in temporarily until they find a replacement.
