we regularly use this location for work and the team is consistently kind, friendly and accommodating. Justin and Talat always come through for us
Talat was extremely helpful and friendly. This location is extremely busy at he worked efficiently and greeted each customer with a smile. The process was seamless.
Wouldn’t accept credit card from a different family member, not sure why they are still open. Employee at the counter is not professional at all, wouldn’t recommend
My experience at this Budget location was extremely disappointing. The staff member on the afternoon shift was shockingly rude and unprofessional, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful. There’s a clear lack of basic customer service and courtesy. I strongly suggest choosing a different location—even if it costs a bit more—just to receive the respectful and helpful service every customer deserves. I won’t be returning.
Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Location I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Budget, particularly with the person working the afternoon shift. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the entire interaction frustrating and unpleasant. I would never recommend this location to anyone. It’s absolutely worth paying a bit more elsewhere to receive respectful and reliable service. Avoid this place if you value good customer care.
