Overcharged again. No refund, They don't follow check in times, make it up and you are left getting overcharged even though I had the car back early. Budget corporate is no help either. Overcharging customers is a horrible way to make a dime. Never will return.
we regularly use this location for work and the team is consistently kind, friendly and accommodating. Justin and Talat always come through for us
Talat was extremely helpful and friendly. This location is extremely busy at he worked efficiently and greeted each customer with a smile. The process was seamless.
Wouldn’t accept credit card from a different family member, not sure why they are still open. Employee at the counter is not professional at all, wouldn’t recommend
My experience at this Budget location was extremely disappointing. The staff member on the afternoon shift was shockingly rude and unprofessional, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful. There’s a clear lack of basic customer service and courtesy. I strongly suggest choosing a different location—even if it costs a bit more—just to receive the respectful and helpful service every customer deserves. I won’t be returning.
