J'ai louer un audio Q5, plein de marde d'oiseau, il mon seulement crédité 35$, j'ai eu des probleme électriques avec le véhicule. J'ai dû retourner à l'aéroport afin de changer de véhicule. J'ai rapporter la voiture à 790 km d'autonomie alors que je l'ai eu à 730 km. On m'a demander d'aller remettre du gaz dans la voiture (que je venais de remplir 15 km avant mon arriver) Chose que j'ai refuser vue que j'ai du me déplacer pour le changement de voiture. Had a fantastic experience with renting a car from Budget. I was looking for a last minute car rental option to travel from the Edmonton Airport to the Calgary Airport. Other businesses that I tried wanted me to book online which wasn't displaying any options, but I had the pleasure of dealing with Helen at Budget who was more than helpful with providing me a last minute option that could be returned to Calgary. After a reasonable experience in BC, we booked a car in Edmonton for our Alberta trip. Again, Extra fees cropped up, $13 a day to reduce to $0 excess, even though we paid for the waiver reduction which makes is seem both on the website and on posters at the booth that there are no additional fees attached (I have scoured the t&cs and yet to find out exactly what it is we are paying for).
