Ujjwal was very rude and discriminative. He took 35 minutes of questioning and checking 2 pieces of IDs unthe gave me the car. I arrived at 11:50 pm and was very tired waiting 35 minutes for a stupid Ujjwal discriminating me because I'm not Indian like him. I regret to rent with Budget who recruits junk people.
Service is always decent but recently they don't have any good car upgrades. In the future we will be looking for a provider with better options
