le préposé dans le parking refuse de me parler francçais et le gérant veut me charger des frais de ménage parce qu'il y a du gazon sur le tapis de la banquette arrière. Je lui offre d'aller secouer le tapis moi même mais il refuse. finalement il charge pas d'extra mais me fait la morale de faire attention la procheine fois. Beau service alors que je viens de payer 1000$ pour ma locations

Scammers. No issue with the rental process, except they called me back a WEEK after I had return the car to ask me to go back to their office to sign a document because they claimed there was some "damage" found by their employee, three days after I had return the car. Total scam.
