X Unfair customer treatment Today I rented a car from Budget Rent a Car. I asked for a Kia Sorento because I needed a bigger vehicle (I drive a truck and know what size I need). Instead, they gave me a Kia Seltos and said there were no other cars available. But right next to me, another customer was offered four options, including a Kia Sorento. Shoutout to Delaney and Eugene. While I was waiting my turn, they had to deal with an extremely nasty woman who was being overly selective about a courtesy vehicle. Delaney and Eugene handled it with class, something this nasty woman had none of.

Awesome place, they are very polite specially KARMAN has been a great help. I have rented vehicle's from them quite a few times no trouble or any hastle so far. Would highly recommend to other people!!
