I am disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff was rude, and did not properly address my concerns. I had to wait a long time for assistance, and even then, my issue was not resolved satisfactorily. Good customer service should be respectful, efficient, and solution-oriented, but unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I hope improvements are made to ensure better service for future customers.”

X Unfair customer treatment Today I rented a car from Budget Rent a Car. I asked for a Kia Sorento because I needed a bigger vehicle (I drive a truck and know what size I need). Instead, they gave me a Kia Seltos and said there were no other cars available. But right next to me, another customer was offered four options, including a Kia Sorento.
