Dismissive staff, no help at all
It was good experience we had the car in 10’mins and we drove out fast and economical service
Avis Budget is a very frustrating company to deal with. I travel for work and pleasure a lot and this is by far my least favorite rental company. Firstly, for the most recent rental I stood outside in the winter for 45min because I cabbed to the location and the lone employee was out. Secondly, they charged me $75 ($50 repair and $25 "Admin fee" lol) for the tiniest rock chip which may or may not have been there before I got the car, it was so small I never would have noticed.
