Erik was a great help when I needed it the most. When my booking with another company went wrong. And the staff wasn't able to help, I am forced to seek car rental from another company. when Erik from budget over heard my issue and went all the way to provide assistance. Frankly he is the only one that query me if I needed winter tires. Which came as an surprise.. none of the other service provider ever mention or proposed such important safety add-ons
