Really bad experience. The person who processed my reservation at the counter didn’t took the time to make himself understandable. I asked him multiple times to repeat and told him I didn’t hear him. After satin I didn’t wanted any insurance I saw the final bill with a 15$/day insurance. I didn’t saw it by signing since I was pressured to sign fast. I accidentally damaged our rental car in a parking garage. I was quite nervous about the process, but Esrom at the return desk was incredibly helpful and patiently helped me through the claim process. Thank you!
The staff here were extremely dishonest. They tried to force me to drive a car with a broken windshield, claiming they had no other vehicles available. I took photos in the parking lot showing there were other cars, but the agent insisted they were all pending oil changes. After speaking with the supervisor, I was suddenly given one of those very same cars. It had no oil warnings, and I drove it for over 2,000 km without any issues. We were warmly greeted by Victor, whose kindness and friendly nature instantly put us at ease. Even though it was midnight, his light humor and cheerful conversation made the car rental process feel effortless and pleasant. It was such a lovely way to begin our trip. The entire staff radiated warmth and professionalism, and the drop-off experience was just as smooth and stress-free. Truly grateful for the wonderful service!
Horrible experience, had the guy behind counter tell me and my fiancé that our 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks was too much luggage for a Toyota Corolla and that it’s a “policy violation and we will be fined” if we put any bag in the backseat. He then added all this extra roadside assistance, insurance etc AFTER we told him we didn’t want all the extra, our rental was supposed to be about 300-400 for the week and ended up being 900.
