Terrible Experience – Never Again I prepaid for a car rental with my debit card, thinking everything was set. When I called, I was told I also needed a credit card with a $750 hold before I could even get the car on top of what I’d already paid. There was zero flexibility and no willingness to work with me; just a rigid “policy.” I’ve rented from Budget before with no problems, but this time I was forced to go to Enterprise, who were far more reasonable they required a small deposit, not three times the rental cost. Please be advised - this location does not accept debit cards, and their swipe does not work. If the chip in your card is faulty, save yourself the trip. Staff informed us that no other rental places would accept our credit or debit card, but after reading reviews the Enterprise near by seems to accept debit cards just fine. Very disappointing.
Their staff was so rude while picking and dropping off the car and had a bad and rude experience.
